What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices can always vary depending on the type of service you need, for this reason it is very important to communicate well before the job so that I can understand exactly what you are looking for and give an accurate estimate. Because we are an LLC, we do charge taxes We Charge per man hour, ex. 2 cleaners for one hour is two hours covered. In addition we ask for a deposit of $50 that is non refundable but credited to the total cost of the service order.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I require all customers to leave there contact information such as name, email and phone numbers. A detailed explanation of the Home or Business is needed and preferably the square footage if possible. This will help us provide an estimate of services available. Please specify prior to our visitation if you would like us to wear mask or follow any further covid-19 protocols. We ask all pets be put away to prevent any accidents

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

10 years of experience in total, two as an employee and eight as an owner in Limpia Màs, a cleaning service. We have experience with religious practices and Kosher kitchens.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I originally started in service and hospitality staffing at various hotels in highly trafficked areas and resort. I later branched off on my own to provide many vacation rentals, homes, apartments as well as business offices and facilities in a highly populated vacation destination.

What types of customers have you worked with?

In a 10+year of experience in this career types of clients range in this field of work. From doctors and lawyers offices to General contractors constructing homes and department stores. Many busy Mothers in need of an extra hand to the elderly who can no longer perform the responsibilities they once did. facility owners who just need the areas sanitized and many more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The most recent project was a deep cleaning a residential 1,200 square foot apartment between two people took us three and a half hours. We are also proud of a recent newly constructed store we had to perform a post construction service to have it prepared to begin stocking the shelves and freezer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would hope that people understand that as LLC we have more responsibility and benefits to offer the consumer, which is why our prices are higher. Legitimate companies should not be compared to the cheapest estimate, because many times you get what you pay for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I recommend that when it is the first time that the person acquires this type of service, inform yourself a little about how it works, especially when the pay is by the hour. And make sure that the company you have decided to hire offers the service that you want.
